All bail ports have been repaired on the outside of the floor.  Renters commonly use Flex Tape which is hard to remove.  We advise the buyer to remove and replace flex tape repairs as needed.  Some abrasion Aquaseal repairs on the sub floor.  Raft integrity is in tact and it is in great shape otherwise. Comes with repair kit and air pump, plus seat and cargo slings attached.
